📌 To access the Agent Onboarding tools, you’ll first need to:
- Complete your eXp application
- Get approved by eXp
- Transfer your license on the AZ Department of Real Estate
- Submit your board’s Company Transfer Form

📝 Steps to Transfer Your Real Estate License to eXp Realty
To begin the transfer process, you’ll first need to complete an application with eXp Realty (please choose either of the two links depending on your sponsor):

When filling out the application, be sure to list Matthew Chick, phone number (480) 980-7078, OR Marshal Nathe, phone number (480) 665-9430, as your sponsor.
If it asks for an email, you do not HAVE TO input it. Just do the first and last name of Matthew Chick or Marshal Nathe and click search.
🕒 Approval may take up to 48 hours. Once approved, proceed to the Arizona Department of Real Estate:

Log in to your account, and you’ll be able to transfer your license to eXp Realty from there.
📌 Please note: eXp will not contact your current brokerage on your behalf. Submitting your application is the first step in initiating the transition and connecting with someone from eXp to guide you through it.
📧 Watch for Emails
You will receive a series of emails from eXp with instructions — follow them closely as they will guide you through the rest of the onboarding process.
🏢 Real Estate Board Transfer
Next, contact your local real estate board to request a brokerage transfer form.

Scroll down and locate the Company Transfer Form. Required information will be provided below. - If you belong to a different board (e.g., PAR or SAAR), please reach out to them directly to find the correct form.

Once your transfer is approved, you’ll receive more onboarding emails from eXp. Make sure to:
- Update your profile
- Complete all necessary setup steps
